Dr Heather Douglas, the lead independent researcher on our investigations into the confluence of ability, cognitive confidence and personality, has been accepted into the Emerging Psychologists Program (EPP) for the 31st International Congress of Psychology in Japan 2016.
This highly competitive sponsorship was open to emerging post doctoral psychologists from around the globe, and recognizes recipients as having the potential to take a leadership role in the advancement of psychology on an international stage.
During the conference, Heather will be presenting ground breaking research based on her analyses of ebilities' GMA and Cognitive Confidence measures, and the results of studies that have used the CPI260, HSRI and HDS. Her paper is entitled "Confidence and Conscientiousness: Can we assess a trait using an ability test?", and includes the following co-authors: CPP Inc’s Dr Justin Arneson and Dr Cate Borness, from Hogan’s Australian distributor.
