ebilities has entered into an agreement with OPP, one of Europe’s largest providers of business psychology solutions, to integrate two of ebilities flagship mental agility tests into OPP’s newly released Sirius recruitment testing platform. OPP will fund the technical integration of ebitlities tests into Sirius, which will involve both company’s technical support teams working in collaboration.
Sirius is a unique software solution that helps companies create job profiles, and then screen, shortlist, interview and on-board candidates. It seamlessly combines personality assessment via the 16PF with ability testing to provide measures of key job related competencies. Sirius represents a new venture for the company, with a focus on assisting recruitment managers, with no special training or qualifications, to objectively identify candidates who are the best fit for their job vacancies.
OPP specialises in personality assessment, enabling people and organisations around the world to increase their effectiveness through the innovative application of psychological tools and techniques. The company owns the 16PF and is the European distributor of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
