Director Profiles

Mark Cadman and Clare Lewis are the directors of Lewis Cadman Consulting Pty Ltd, trading as ebilities, and they combine a wide range of private sector and government consulting experience with qualifications in psychology, education, health and marketing.

Mark has a broad background in educational and organizational psychology and held roles with two of Australia’s leading organizational psychology providers. He has extensive experience in delivering HR consultancy projects for a wide range of blue-chip clients and his main areas of expertise are pre-employment screening, competency modelling, selection system design and mass recruitment project management. Most recently he has overseen the company’s shift in focus to the research and development of cognitive ability tests for adults and children, and he now guides product development strategy, and industry and academic alliances.

Clare came to Australia from the UK in 1986 and after a successful career in physiotherapy, she transitioned into sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, and then advertising account management at Clemenger BBDO. After co-founding Lewis Cadman Consulting, Clare has gained over 20 years experience in recruitment, selection system design and human resource consulting services as a Health Care industry specialist, helping companies such as Sanofi, Sterling Winthrop, Norvatis, and Pfizer in recruitment of graduate and managerial personnel. Clare now has responsibility for brand development of ebilities’ products and client partnership support.
